Expense Spreadsheet Not Showing Some Expense Types And Currency (Doc ID 2317417.1)

Goal

While creating expense item on Expenses page, all the Expense types are visible in the list of values and all currencies are visible. However, when the user tries to create expense item through Spreadsheet, the expense type 'Mileage' is not appearing in the list of values. Also, USD currency is not visible in 'Receipt Currency' list of values on Spreadsheet.
