View Inbound Transmission XML if it is Not Being Stored in the Transmission Manager (Doc ID 2317533.1)

Goal

When you send in any Transmission to OTM the XML doesn't get stored in the I_TRANSMISSION table.

Instead just the Transmission Header is stored. To view the rest of the transmission you have to click into individual transactions.
