How To: Progress Fulfillment Lines Where the Line is Locked

Information in this document applies to any platform.
This note describes how to clear locked fulfillment lines, the majority of these issues may be resolved by clearing errors on the fulfillment line. Other conditions may require assistance from the support and development teams.
The locked status of a line can be verified by:
1. Query the order
2. Navigate to Actions -> Switch to Fulfillment View
3. Select the - Fulfillment - Tab
4. Review the - Locked, Status and Message - Attributes
