Error when reviewing fulfillment lines after upgrade to 11.13.17.09.0


We find that we are unable to acess to all fulfillment lines from OM Overview UI. Please find below details

Steps to reproduce:
---------------------------------------
1. Click Order Management on springboard;
2. on OM Overview UI, click Tasks -- Manage Fulfillment Lines
3. Error pops up: An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
