Symptoms
It happens only when LDAP is in use and the maximum OID connections are being reached.
When attempting to use a custom java language script that uses P6 Web Services, the following error occurs.

javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: A server exception occured while trying to perform username token authentication: Invalid user name and/or password.
Caused by: org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: A server exception occured while trying to perform username token authentication: Invalid user name and/or password.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login using 6 web services.
2. Observe the error.
This issue is intermittent and does not always reproduce.
