Error Saving Email Templates

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Requirement to change the existing Email Template of one of the custom object. Upon saving the template after the changes are made, an error is shown.
Also tried to duplicate the template and also create new template. But not able to achieve this.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Application Composer > Common Setup > Email Templates
