Symptoms
A customer goes to test their facebook lead ad integration at the following site:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/lead-ads-testing
Upon creating a lead or using the preview form to enter in a lead, "Track Status" will ultimately show a status of "fail" and HTTP Code 200
