Symptoms

On : Release 12 version, UK Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Tax protection has been set to Yes for an employee
Legal Entity PAE card set as: Automatic Enrolment If Tax Protection Applied = Exclude
PAE process still assessed him as eligible job holder and applied eligible job holder postponement for him. It also marked this employee for postponement letter.
This is incorrect. This employee should not get postponed and also should not get a letter
At the end of postponement period, it correctly does not enrol the employee and marks the reason for tax protection applied.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Automatic Enrolment If Tax Protection Applied. If the criteria for Eligible Job Holder are met, the process logic will check this field first. If set to Exclude, then the person will not be enrolled or re-enrolled

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Legal Entity Calculation Card - PAE - Automatic Enrolment If Tax Protection Applied = Exclude
2. Employee PAE card - Tax protection - Yes
3. Run PAE process
4. Review report.
5. Employee has been assessed as Eligible job holder
