Users Are Unable to Connect to Unifier When Logging Into Cloud Portal

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After clicking on Unifier from Cloud Portal page, a Unifier Login page shows up instead of logging into Unifier application directly.
Inputting a valid username and password, isn't getting the user into the Application.
