Symptoms

On : Release 12 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
While running the balance initialization process which implies large numbers of records the validation process taking more than 4 hours.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

expect the Process to complete with out much delay

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run Balance initialization.
2. Process completes but it takes long to do so.
