Goal

When 2 risk assessments are triggered for a supplier simultaneously, say IT and Compliance where both the qualification owners are different, both the risk assessments are displayed on both the qualification owner's dashboard.

Also, both the qualification owners are able to act upon (approve/ reject) the notification.

Only the qualification that belongs to a particular qualification owner should be visible to him/ her and thus, only he/ she should be able to act upon the same.
