Team Members With READ ONLY Rights Can Edit Opportunities

Team members with VIEW ONLY access can edit Opportunities.
A sales manager creates an opportunity and adds his colleague as a team member in the opportunity.
The colleague's access was read-only, in the Team tab of the opportunity.
After saving and closing the account, the expectation from the system was to restrict the colleague from editing the account information.
However, he could edit all the information.
