Customer has contacts without a related account in the system even if they set the account as required in the UI.
They have We implemented validations also on Outlook and lead conversion.
They are now trying to understand from where these contacts without an account are coming from, so customer is investigating the column CREATED_BY_MODULE in a BI publisher report.
Can you please explain the meaning of these values?
