No Email Is Sent after a Password Is Changed in the Cloud Portal

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After resetting a user's password, an email with an auto-generated temporary password is not automatically sent to the user.
An email containing the new temporary password should automatically be sent to the user by the application.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to the Cloud Administration tool.
- Create a new user or reset a user's password.
- No automated email is generated to notify user of their temporary password.
