No Email Being Sent After Changing Password in Cloud Portal

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After resetting a user's password, no email is being generated automatically and no temporary password is being sent to the user.
An automated email to generate with a temporary password for the user.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Cloud Administration tool
2. Create a new user or Reset user's password
3. Observe no automated email generated to notify user of his temporary password
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not receive an automated email to reset their temporary password.
