Item Template List Is Shown in English Instead of User's Preferred Lanugage (Doc ID 2319646.1)

Item template names do not display in the user's language even if the user is logged in with their General Preferences Language set this language.

Item template names should be translated just as everything else on the screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Verify language setting:
1) Go to Set Preferences
2) Click Language
3) See General Preferences: Language screen.

Then check how the Item Template names appear:
1) Go to Setup and Maintenance
2) Search on Manage Item Classes
3) Select Root Item Class
4) Click Templates and Formats and see Item Template names
