User Receives Error when Adding User ID with Apostrophe in Workflow and Automation

On : NA version, Workflow and Automation

User receives error and is prevented from adding user with email ID that contains an apostrophe.

"Email should be in this format"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select "invite users" from 'Users' tab in W&A

2. Enter the email address with apostrophe and user will receive the following error: "Email should be in this format"

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add user to tool through interface.
