User Receives Error when Adding User ID with Apostrophe in Workflow and Automation

Symptoms

On : NA version, Workflow and Automation

User receives error and is prevented from adding user with email ID that contains an apostrophe.

ERROR

"Email should be in this format examplename@samplecompany.com"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select "invite users" from 'Users' tab in W&A

2. Enter the email address with apostrophe and user will receive the following error: "Email should be in this format examplename@samplecompany.com"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add user to tool through interface.
