On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

User Imports are unsuccessful status after weekend maintenance

Customer is trying to import employee resources, but import are in unsuccessful status after the weekend maintenance.

Object Employee resource
Import Activity Identifier 300000000xxxxx
Status Unsuccessful

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to Manage File Import task and Submit an employee import
3. job ends unsuccessful

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit import jobs for employee resource import
