Unable To See The Shop Category In The Self Service Procurement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to see the shop category in the Self Service Procurement

The shop By Category dropdown is coming a blank from the Purchase Requisition screen. The instance is : https://egni.login.ap1.oraclecloud.com/. Attached the content zone, catalog and Purchase Requisition home page screenshot.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The shop by category dropdown should display categories.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create items and assign categories.
2. Add those categories to the catalogs.
3. Assign catalog to content Zone.
4. Navigate to procurement > Purchase requisition > click on shop by category LOV and see no values appear.
