Supportive History Report:Audit Table ZPM_PARTNER_PROFILES_XM_ Doesn't Capture All The OLD Values (Doc ID 2320676.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Analytics

Customer had created BIP report on AUDIT information on Partner Child Object (EDAP Information) using Table ZPM_PARTNER_PROFILES_XM_, but the table doesn't capture record for Old Value when old values is NULL.

ERROR
-----------------------
No error, but the custom report created is not showing the NULL Values

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to BI --> Create a custom Analysis with below SQL --> Unable to see the NULL Values for Old Values.

select a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER001, f.party_name as "Distributor Name",a.RECORD_NAME, a.LAST_UPDATE_DATE,a.OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER,a.ID,a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_CHAR012,a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_CHAR006,a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_CHAR007,a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_CHAR008,a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_CHAR009,a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_CHAR010,a.LAST_UPDATED_BY from ZPM_PARTNER_PROFILES_XM_ a, HZ_PARTIES F where a.attribute_category = 'EDAPInformation_c' and a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER001 = f.party_id and a.RECORD_NAME = 'xxx' order by a.EXTN_ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER001,a.ID
