Pricing Issue After R12 Upgrade With Manual Price Adjustment

Symptoms

After upgrade to Release 12, the following error is seen on the invoice line description after a manual price adjustment was applied to the sales order:

Adjustment for 300.7[ERROR: ADJUSTMENT_CURRENCY_CODE token is not defined] Price Override for reason code [ERROR: REASON_CODE token is not defined]

Changes

In Release 11, the Pricing Administrator set up a pricing algorithm that allows the Order Entry Specialist to manually override the price on the sales order line.

Subsequently an upgrade to Release 12 was done.
