Actual Behavior

Not all Financial Reports are showing up in the Simplified User Interface page. While all FR reports can be seen in both "Explore Repository"/"Legacy Workspace" and "FR Web Studio".

Steps to reproduce
------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Save as any of the current FR reports
2. The newly saved FR report is not showing in the Reports Simplified User Interface, but it can be seen in the both "Windows Repository" and "FR Web Studio"
