Guided Navigation Refinements Do Not Show Filtered Results On Storefront (Doc ID 2321059.1)

Symptoms

Symptom 1: Applying a refinement from the guided navigation does not filter the product results.

Reproducible Steps

  1. Go to Storefront
  2. Browse a category --> some products should be displayed.
  3. Click on a refinement in the navigation pane --> Product Listing section does not change.  The same set of products are displayed.

Symptom 2: Search results do not change after searching with a different term

Reproducible Steps

  1. Go to Storefront
  2. Run a search --> search results are displayed.
  3. Run a search with a different query string.  --> search results do not change.
