Cannot find a resource while trying to add it as a new territory team member in Manage Territory Proposals. Searching by the resource's manager, won't display the 'Name' or 'Email' of the resource (Doc ID 2321066.1)

Customer is going to Navigator -> Territories -> Manage Territory Proposals. Here, they are selecting a territory and then they are editing it in order to add new territory team members.

However, if they are searching by using First Name/Last Name fields of the resource, then no record is showing up. If they are searching by the resource's manager, then the record will be displayed in the search results, but it will not have the Name or the Email written. Organization/Role/Manager can be seen though, as per below screenshot:


The resource should be displayed when searching by the her/his name. Also, when searching after the manager, there should be no blank spaces for Name or Email.
