Goal

Please give instructions how a default value can be added using customization.

In particular: the customer has a specific set-up for Germany so when entering a new employee, the first step is:

- selecting the Legal Employer

Can this value be added automatically.

This also applies for:
- Country for contract details (context sens. flex-field under employment information)
- Business Unit (employment information)
- Country (add/manage document)

And more ....

When these fields can be customized, it would help the users a lot.
