Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, CX Integration

Cannot connect to OSC WSDL in ICS

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to test connection "ENGAGEMENT_CLOUD0". [Cause: CASDK-0003]
- CASDK-0003: Unable to parse the resource, https://<crm-common-domain>/fndAppCoreService/ServiceCatalogService?wsdl. Verify that URL is reachable, can be parsed and credentials if required are accurate
- WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Failed to read WSDL from https://<crm-common-domain>/fndAppCoreService/ServiceCatalogService?wsdl:WSDL not found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the ICS homepage, click the Connections icon.
2. On the Connections page, make sure that Oracle Sales Cloud appears.
3. Click the Sales Cloud entry to view the Oracle Sales Cloud connection detail page.
4. Click the Configure Connectivity button and in the Connection Properties window, enter the following values:

OSC Service Catalog WSDL URL || https://<crm-common-domain>/fndAppCoreService/ServiceCatalogServicewsdl
OSC Event Catalog URL || https://<crm-common-domain>/soa-infra
