Attachments Visibility For Partners

Business requirement is where in customer does not want the partner users to see the Attachments added via Sales Rep/Sales Admin on the opportunity/Contact/Account etc entity.
At the moment OOB partners users can see the attachments added on the opportunity/Contact/Account etc if they have the visibility to the Opportunity/Contact/Account etc via team/Territory.
Due to this, it causes a business security issue since the attachments added via internal employee can be visible to Partners.
Please advise is there any way around which can prevent the attachment visibility to partner users in such way that users can only see their own attachments only & should not be able to access the attachments added via Sales Rep/Sales Admin etc.
