ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Engagement Engine Operating Hours Not Adjusting To DST

With the start of DST in the spring, the EE Operating Hours set did not adjust to change in time (move an hour forward).
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
With EE 17.01 --- Operating Hours time zones now automatically incorporate Daylight Savings Time (EE-7988).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. load a test page where a Rule using Operating Hours is triggered
2. if the OH is set from 9am to 5pm, the chat widget is shown from 10am to 6pm


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, end-user is not presented the chat widget an hour off the Operating Hour set.
