Information in this document applies to any platform.
Occasionally for CPQ Cloud sites on version 2016 R1 or 2016 R2, certain symptoms can be seen:
- Integrations with the CRM are down (most probably, the slow threads log will also point to library functions using integrations)
- Docusign integration is not working
- Email templates are not loaded in Email Designer
- Performance degradation which eventually leads to complete site down
