On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When opening an opportunity from the account subtab, the account DCL link (standard or custom) is not enabled. When the same opportunity is opened from the opportunity search page, the account DCL link (standard or custom) is enabled.

The implementation has a custom DCL on account. The standard account DCL has one purpose and the custom account DCL has another purpose.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When opening an opportunity from the account subtab, the account DCL link (standard or custom) should be enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Account
3. Switch to the opportunity subtab
4. Click on an opportunity (create one first if necessary)
5. The account DCL link (standard or custom) is not enabled.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users do not have the navigation that is desired.
