Why Does the Worker Type And Person Type Remain 'Employee' When an Employee is Retired? (Doc ID 2322864.1)

Goal

When an employee is retired, the Worker Type and Person Type remain 'Employee'.
The employee was terminated as 'Retiree' but the records still show as Employee and Pay = Inactive Pay it is not changing the Worker Type-Person Type to Retiree and Pay Type = Ret - No Pay.
