Item Customization Persisting on Order When Item Removed Through emptyCart() method on viewModel

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After a customer removes all items previously added in their Bag (which now has Total Amount 0) and they log-out/log-in, the Bag then shows with a non-zero Total Amount but does not include any products.
This often seen when the customer is having more than just the product added such as customizations to the product.
