Cannot Access Period Close And General Accounting Dashboard Gateway Timeout

On : version, Close Accounting Period-Close Ledgers

When attempting to Change DAS on the Period Close Screen, the application hangs for several minutes and the below error occurs.

Gateway Timeout

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. Period Close
3. Change DAS

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Period Close Screen.
