Error When Manually Exporting a Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Application (Doc ID 2323413.1)

When trying to do a manual export of an application in FCCS an error is returned

 /Essbase Data/Consol :- Export failed, Error details - EPMBKP-3: ERROR:Could not lock <App_Name>.<Cube> Exit Code 3 - FAILED TO LOCK ESSBASE

 <App_Name>.<Cube> will be replaced by the FCCS application name and Cube that are being exported.  For example, the FCCS Sample App and Consol cube would show "Could not lock FCCS.Consol"
