Cannot reinstall CRM Desktop Lite
CRM Desktop Lite is not working on a couple laptops after an email migration. I've tried to remove Desktop Lite using the installer as an admin but I get the error "Error 2753.The File 'sd3_outlook_cleanup_tool' is not marked for installation." I've also tried to repair Desktop Lite as an admin but I get the error "Error 1720.There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run...Custom action register_sd3_product.EE9E8054_46D1_434D_AE7C..."
How can I uninstall CRM Desktop Lite to get a clean install?
