Duplicate 'Call Status' fields on Activity layouts

Symptoms

Actual behavior
--------------------
On Edit Activity page the 'Call Status' field is duplicated.


The issue appeared after the R12 upgrade.

Expected behavior
-------------------------
The 'Call Status' field should be displayed only once.
