Incorrect Navigator Links Displayed (Doc ID 2323705.1)

When using a custom Employee role:
Going to Navigator from the home page screen, displays the correct links.
However, once we navigate to another icon page and then select the navigator again, extra links are appearing. Specifically, Reports & Analytics, Scheduled Processes and Download Desktop Integration.

Users not to have the following options available in Navigator, as no assigned role provides them:
Reports & Analytics,
Scheduled Processes
Download Desktop Integration.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as a user having a custom Employee role assigned
2. Navigator displays assigned options
3. Navigate to a page
4. Open Navigator again
5. Additional options are displayed
