OSC Mobile: Disable duplicate notification when creating accounts or contacts (Doc ID 2323708.1)

On: version, Classic Mobile Sales App

After disabling the account duplication notification in OSC by disabling the ZCM_ACC_DUP_NOTIFICATION and ZCM_ACC_EXACT_NAME_MATCH profile options; the duplicate notification screen still comes up if accounts are created in the Mobile app.


Duplicate notification screen should not show up in Mobile UI.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Disable profile options ZCM_ACC_DUP_NOTIFICATION and ZCM_ACC_EXACT_NAME_MATCH by setting the SITE value to "FALSE"
2. Create an account in Mobile > Enter the name of an already existing account > Fill in the rest of required fields > Click on Done > The duplication screen comes up and shows the Matched Accounts.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users experience a different behavior in SUI and MUI when creating new accounts with similar name as existing account records.
