How to change the hire date of an employee when the following errors occur:
Changes to the person name exist before the proposed start date of the work relationship. (PER-1531404)
The start date of the person record must match the start date of this work relationship. The person record start date cannot be changed because the person name was changed before the proposed start date of the work relationship.
