Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, New Item Requests and Change Orders

Change order line failed - JBO-27022

Change order line failed on Scheduling

ERROR

JBO-27022: Failed to load value at index 2 with java object of type java.lang.Integer due to java.sql.SQLException.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a CO
2. Add an item and change revision and add 2 components then submit
3. See that CO line fails

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the item cannot be used in any process.
