When attempting to change a password in password management
the following error occurs.
IAN-3042204: An error occurred while verifying the old user password during change password operation.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Identity Self Service
2. Change a password, enter old and new password, Submit
3. See error pop up
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change a password.
