Goal

By default, when ESS suffers an unplanned outage the moment ESS is available again all scheduled processes start to run to complete the missed executions. What can be done to avoid this initial overhead with jobs that only need to run while ESS is available? For example: Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes and Send Pending LDAP Requests.
