On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Project

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After Release 12 upgrade,Unable to click on Contract tabs such as lines, Billing.. other any tab.
They are greyed out.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to open and view the tabs such as lines, billing etc..

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contract & edit details

Due to this issue, users cannot view the contract successfully
