Partner Users Have No Access To Partner Profile Details, Team Member, Partner Contacts Of Partner

Partner Users have no access to Partner Profile Details, Team Member, Partner Contacts of Partner
For siemens we have requirement to show the partner details like Partner overview, partner contacts, Partner team members to the partner employees/users.
In the OOB solution the partner users PA/PSM/PSR cannot see the partner details at all.
Steps to reproduce.
Login as Partner Admin/Partner Sales Rep or Partner manager login.
1. User will not see the Partner Icon on the home page
2. User can see that a Partner Name is a hyperlink field on the business plan.
3. User will click on this hyper link
4. partner profile page is opened but it does not show any data. it is a white blank page
5. Go to the partner Contact tab. it does not show any data. it is a white blank page
6. Search for the Team Tab. There is not team Tab at all for partner users.
Please check how can we enable the access for Partner Profile Details, Team Member, Partner Contacts of Partner users.
