ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Proration calculation issue

The request is to have proration as per business need.

For example, an employee Jack's basic salary is 2000 yuan per month, 0n October 20th, his basic salary has been raised to 4000 per month.
Then his October payroll is calculated by :2000/17 * 9+ 4000/17* 8. 17 is the number of workday, because 10.1--10.8 is Chinese National Holiday and we exclude the weekends as well.
However the calculation result is different from our munually calculation. Please check.
Another issue is that if we implemented in Chinese environment, the proration did not become effective.
The attachment is implementation record of mine and other is oracle official implementation files.
Please help us check the implementation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
October payroll to be calculated by :2000/17 * 9+ 4000/17* 8. 17 is the number of workday, because 10.1--10.8 is Chinese National Holiday and we exclude the weekends as well.
