Poor Performance When Viewing Activities in Prime.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to view Activities in the schedule the application appears to be unresponsive and takes minutes to view.
Activities should only take a few seconds to load.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Prime.
2. Select the Red Oracle icon on the left upper hand corner.
3. Select the 3x3 matrix (apps) on the left hand side.
4. Select the Schedule option in the App selection window to view Activities.
5. Observe it takes minutes to populate and appears to be unresponsive.
