Primavera Team Member Password Recovery Page Cannot be Displayed. Error is received:"This page is Unreachable - Gateway Timeout.' (Doc ID 2324768.1)

When changing a password or attempting to logout of P6 Team Member receive the error:

"Page cannot be displayed."

From the page above do the following:
1. Click "Forget Password" from main page.
2. Identify yourself with a user login and answer the challenge questions.
3. Enter a new password.
4. A message displays that the password has been changed.
5. Click the "Back to login" button.
6. Receive the error "This page is Unreachable - Gateway Timeout.".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot connect properly to the cloud URL.
