ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to change the display label on field "Organization Type" (PrimaryOrgTypeMeaning) on the Account Profile page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When changing the display label on the field in application composer, the change should be reflected on the UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud as implementation consultant
2. Navigate to Tools > Application Composer (Application = Common) (within a Sandbox)
3. Expand Objects > Standard Objects > Account > Fields
4. Switch to the Standard tab
5. Search for field with Display Label = Organization Type (APIName = PrimaryOrgTypeMeaning)
6. Edit the field
7. Change the Display Label to "Organizational Type"
8. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
9. Search and Edit an account
10. Switch to the Profile tab
11. The change should be reflected in the UI.
