ICS Connectivity Agent Requires Regular Restart, Else Gives Timeout Error In ICS

We are connecting to a DBCS using an on premises connectivity agent installed in the Virtual Machine of DBCS.
But we are facing an issue that, once in a week or so, the DB connection stops working in ICS.
Whenever we try to activate an ICS integration, which uses the DB connection, it gives timeout error, unable to connect to DB within 240 seconds.
In order to fix the issue, we eventually have to restart the connectivity agent.
