Symptoms
When attempting to Collect Planning Data a Load Entity process ends in Error:.

The number of records considered by the Load Entity process: 7. The number of valid, error, and deleted records: 0, 1, and 0.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Planning Central -> Plan Inputs
2. Open right task pane -> select Collect Planning Data
3. Specify Source System , collection type as Targeted, select all Entities in the Reference and Supply Planning Data
4. Click Submit
5. Navigate to Scheduled Processes and monitor the process
