User Can Not See the Compensation Analytics Reports and Dashboards

Payroll Specialist keeps loosing Comp Analytics reports
The user keeps loosing access to the reports under Compensation Analytics.
Her roles, data access, etc are correct and when refreshed, she has access.
However, she has now lost those reports multiple times.
User should consistently see her dashboards and reports.
1. Associate dashboards to custom role Payroll Specialist
2. Role assigned to user
3. When user login, her dashboard should show the reports.
Due to this issue, users cannot run her reports to validate commission data.
